So why don’t we offer group lessons
A good question, and one we get asked a lot. The answer’s pretty simple – we’re a small ski school and we only employ people we trust 100%, and that’s why we’re staying small.
How does that effect group lessons?
Well, people progress at different speeds, so clients need to be able to move up and down groups during the week to make sure everyone’s in the right group for them.
That means a lot of groups. And to run them we’d need to recruit lots more instructors.
So we would have to be less demanding and hire people we didn’t know too well. And the thing we love about Performance is that it’s a small ski school and everyone here knows everyone else.
Which is why we decided to keep the ski school small, keep the quality really high and just offer private lessons.
