A bit about Helena:

After leaving the mundane finance world she decided to head to the Canadian Rockies to do an instructor course. She was in love with the mountains since she first skied at thirteen, and was tired of having to cram them into limited holidays. “It was an amazing season and I fell in love with this way of life. There’s nothing better than waking up in the morning and actually wanting to work”!

After arriving in Verbier four years ago she knew this place was special and that she could settle here. She is dual certified in ski and snowboard and loves teaching anything on snow.

In the off-season she enjoys surfing in Portugal where she runs a little AirBnB and works in a bar part-time.
