Léa Boddorff
A bit about Léa:
My names Léa, I am a French-American who grew up bouncing between France and the States.
Skiing has always been a huge part of my life. I spent all my winters in the New England mountains.
A little while back I did my first season in Zermatt, but I wanted to continue to explore different Swiss ski resorts around. That’s when I decided to spend a winter season in Verbier and ended up not leaving.
What really captured me about Verbier is its incredible off-piste free ride scene. It’s made me more adventures in different styles of skiing. It’s really no joke when they call this place a playground for adventure lovers. Whether it’s winter or summer there is always something to do outside.
One of my biggest dreams was becoming a ski instructor. The idea of working outside every day and just being outdoors as much as possible is my main priority in life. I love experiencing nature as it changes with the seasons and experiencing first hand the daily differences in the alpine weather.
Teaching and learning is something I genuinely enjoy. When I’m not on the slopes teaching skiing, you can find me giving horseback riding lessons in the summer. Being on the slopes creating meaningful memories brings out the best parts of me and I see myself doing it for the rest of my life!
