I'm originally from the UK and have been lucky enough to call Verbier home for the past decade. I've always loved being in the mountains, whether skiing in winter or trail running around the Alps in summer.

Funny enough, I was never really a sporty kid growing up. My first ski lesson was actually pretty terrible. I had a mean old French instructor who made me feel more nervous than excited about skiing! That experience has always stuck with me and is a big reason why I enjoy teaching. I want people to have a completely different experience and actually enjoy learning.

I've worked in both behavioural and cybersecurity analysis, so I've always had quite an analytical way of looking at things. I find this pretty useful when teaching, as it helps me understand how different people learn and adapt my lessons to each person.

I genuinely believe anyone can learn to ski at any age and background. For me, it's all about having fun, building confidence and enjoying the mountains.
